NEW CUSTOMER

What to look for when ordering:

Let's first look at the ordering table.

This displays both Men’s and Women’s US sizes on the top of the ordering table. Archies are Unisex and are labelled both Men's and Women's sizes on the bottom of the thong.

Please note: the Order Summary on the right shows the pairs ordered in Men's sizes only. We are in the process of trying to make the Order Summary more user friendly, hopefully, this is fixed soon.

RETURNING CUSTOMER

We have recently made some improvements to our size system. While the new changes are only slightly different from our existing moulds, the new size system is more in line with the industry standard and is considerably more accurate than the existing system. It is also labelled differently on the bottom of the thongs clearly stating Male and Female Sizes.

The differences between the new and old system:

Older System
Labelled Men’s sizes only on the bottom of the thongs. Only Men’s sizes to choose from on the ordering page.
Eg. If you ordered a US 7, the bottom of the thongs would be labelled as a US 7, this was the US Men's size.

New System

Labelled both Men’s and Women’s sizes on the bottom of the thongs. Displays both Men’s and Women’s sizes on the ordering table.
Eg. If you want to order the same size as last time - (US 7) the bottom of the thongs will now be labelled as US Men’s 7/ US Women’s 8. To help with the ordering page please see images below:

When you have ordered in the past you would only see the US Men’s sizes, so if you order on the basis of the top line US Men’s sizes you will order the same as your previous orders.
